Katherine and Rhodri's Wedding

Reception was held at the Hilton and ceremony at St Isan Church, llanishen. And we were allowed to photograph the service! The ceremony is such an emotive part of the day for everyone and so it is good to record it. St Isan has a new lighting system installed since we last worked there which gives the images a lush warm tone...Wedding photography Cardiff South Wales
Back at the Hilton there was entertainment a plenty- The Greek three piece, the male voice choir and 'guest' vocalist all created a fantastic atmosphere...And Katherine you are a star, full of life and a great dancer too! All the best to you both...

Katherine and Rhodri Pre-Shoot

The last Pre-Shoot of the year, a clear, crisp and cold winters day at the Barrage...Wedding photography Cardiff South Wales Unfortunately El Puerto's wasnt open so Katherine and Rhodri couldnt grab a glass of dutch courage beforehand, a pity as a brandy coffee would have kept the cold out! Gail and I enjoy the barrage as a location as it is minimal in comparison to the bay [ which has a wealth of backgrounds and textures to use ]... It makes us push ourselves just a little harder to get the desired results.

The wedding and Pre-shoot were both held at St Davids Hotel down the bay... Unfortunately it rained on both dates, but the weather did'nt stop everyone from having a good time... And Gail and I were really chuffed to be invited for a drink and curry at her parents pub the day after at the Cefn Mably Arms- I was sooo glad Gail offered to drive home.... A big thanks.. to all..

Good weather at the Bear Hotel-The pre- shoot was down the bay and surprisingly we found quite a few nucks and crannies that we have never used before! Gail you are a genius to think of going underneath the stairway [see image above], not a spider in sight! And a nice time was had over at the Physics Gardens - plenty of autumn leaves to kick about. Have to mention the Cake that when sliced erupted with Maltesers!! Brilliant!! A Big thanks to the guy who waited for us to finish the photo shoot before locking up at the Physics Gardens!
